About three months after our V11 update we’ve noticed two CPT codes on our fee schedule have changed. The billed amount changed from $99.75 to $143.57. The latter amount wasn’t in an old fee schedule and from what we can find doesn’t originate from any other CPT. The log shows no user changed the fee schedule and reports from claims indicate it was changed on the exact date of our upgrade.
Has anyone else experienced this? We are worried this is just the tip of the iceberg.
