Hopefully this is just happening to us. The setting in Patient Portal Settings > Lab Settings > ‘Do not upload “Notes” when publishing…’ is checked, so notes should not show which they don’t…
Using Chrome everything is fine, the notes are not on the portal. The problem occurs when you go to ‘Restore Down’ the window, or the two little squares to the right of minimize. Click it once and the notes will appear. Hopefully that made sense.
We’re on 8.2.14 on the Patient Portal but it was happening before the latest update. Also, using the latest version of Chrome. Haven’t tried it on IE. I haven’t read a notice on my.eclinical about this but I could have easily missed it, there are so many.
