We have a facility that has closed. We also have a test facility in production that was added as part of a version upgrade that we can’t delete.
We found a telephone encounter assigned to our facility: zDo not use.
My assumption is that the end user meant to choose West Health Clinic as the provider on the TE works at West.
When I tried delete the facility in our train environment to I got the message stating unable to delete since there are X # of encounter assigned to this facility.
Am I just overlooking an item key that allows us to inactive a facility? (I’m grasping at straws that this functionality exists)
Has anyone been successful in getting eCW to hide the facilities that are either closed?
If so do you have a ticket # I can reference.
If you have done it yourself is it just as simple as updating the delete flag on the edi_facilities table?
