Is there a place to put front office notes that can’t be deleted? The ‘General Notes’ and ‘Billing Notes’ section can be edited by anyone and there isn’t a security feature to disable editing. There is also a ‘Notes’ field in the Patient Hub but this too can be deleted by anyone. eCW support said there is no security attribute to disallow the delete feature. Does anyone else have any ideas?
