I want to recall all of my primary care patients who had a Breast Density category C or D? However when we have been putting results for mammograms in - we usually use just the birads phrase eg: BIRADS 1 - negative and sometimes free type the density next to it in the results. Moving forward, any suggestions on how to setup for future reporting. Currently we have an diagnostics interface with our hospital but it does not report any results in an fields - just electronic attachment of the report and we manually type the result in the Results box for patients to post to portal.
