Hello everyone,
I have a user that is missing the Rx Name Only in the current medications section of the progress note. I have the same laptop as the user who is miss the Rx Only box. When she logs onto my computer she can see the box. I have changed the resolution and icon size. Nothing seems to work. I had this same type of issue doing an implementation in Waycross GA and changing the resolution fixed the issue.
Anyone have any idea on a solution?
