Any suggestions on how to encourage pediatric patients, in particular, to use the portal. In most cases the pedi patients are seen for their well child visits and therefore there is not incentive for them to review the information on the portal. They know what vaccines were given, rarely have radiology or lab testing that they do not know the results of, etc. It is only our Pediatricians that are having difficulty meeting the measure.
Any tips for getting patients to review their child’s record on the portal?
