(I am not putting this in the “Enhancement request” I just hear crickets there)
Now that I am forced to use this with 10e (would prefer the old “classic” screen if I had the choice anymore):
This box could/should be MUCH bigger. Why is it limited to a few characters? It is unnecessarily difficult to select, esp if there are Dx’s with similar initial words.
There is so much room available to the right, or move it to a top section to give it full-width.
