Conflicting information on having dx codes show up on prescriptions. Unchecked practice default so that dx codes would show on eprescriptions (told this would allow them to show on printed and faxed prescriptions as well), but they aren’t showing on any. Asked the technician about an item key for the same and told the item key and practice default do the same thing, but still not showing. Now getting an automated message to our ticket that this is a bug in the system. We are on 10e. Any thoughts or suggestions?
