disable carry medicines forward

I upgraded to v11.  How do I disable the carry medications forward when looking at a note?  I couldn’t find it when I reviewed settings.

Also is there a way to disable a notice that say another user is on the screen?  I know it’s a safety feature but it’s a major incumerance that we were fine doing without for 12 years
