Hey everyone. Last week we noticed we could not print orders from certain machines.
eCW states this is because Chrome 65.xxx is not compatible with 10e/11e and we realized those machines had updated. eCW just posted a notification on the portal as well labelled “eCW Compatibility with Google Chrome 65.0.3325.146 - Mar 2018”
In case anyone else is having a hard time with this, here is the fix:
Uninstall Chrome, ideally following the steps here: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/chrome/l3t67Fsq56A

There is a way to use GPO to prevent automatic updates of Chrome, but talk to your IT team first. Blocking automatic updates without a plan to test and update manually is big a security (and thus HIPAA) no-no.
