We are trying to move our practice from using a combination of eCW desktop and web to exclusively eCW web. We setup visit type rules for 4 visit types (ie max 16 FU from 8-12, max 16 AU from 8-12, etc) on our work days for all our providers, and only allow our front office staff to schedule appointments (ie enabled appointment, disabled appointment overbooking, disabled change visit type in new appointment, etc). If we try to schedule an appointment on the eCW desktop, the desktop app correctly allows the any one of the four visit types to be scheduled. However, on the eCW web, it prevents 3 out of 4 visit types to be scheduled.
Can someone confirm this issue on their system? It only requires a test user with appointment permission and visit type rules for a single day and single provider with atleast 2 visit types.
