Recently providers have noticed that in the Current Medications window medications are missing their Start Dates. For example, I saw this pt 2/8/18 and rx’d oseltamivir, and locked the note. When I saw the pt again on 2/16/18 the Start Date was missing from the Current Medications window (which I then discontinued as seen in the screen grab). Have any other users noticed this?
