Just “upgraded” (not totally convinced about that yet) and now when I order a set of lab with a template, we cannot print/transmit as we could, resulting in popup errors. (see attached image)
We have a Labcorp bidirectional interface.
We did not have any trouble prior to the upgrade.
The SAME orders entered one by one from the test list work fine. Any labs ordered without a template work fine.
ONLY orders from the templates cause the error, and I even recreated ALL my templates and it did not help.
Here’s the fun part: the first set of orders after a user logs in DOES seem to work. I have tested that several times but not proven universally. Any additional sets will generate the error. I am sure this is an important detail in some way, but so far support does not have an answer. Perhaps I am the first/only/lucky one??
