Can this be organized in some fashion? The previous version only showed current meds, now I see ALL meds: current, past, discontinued, supposedly auto-stopped, etc…. It is essentially a useless frame now, especially for patients that have been seen more than a few times. I cannot tell anything from glancing at this, where previously it would be helpful in ordering labs, reviewing refills, etc, without having to dig further….
Is this supposed to be an “improvement” like so many other things that are stressing me out this week after “upgrading”?
I would be fine to have the entire med history in the panel, in fact it could be useful, but PUT THE CURRENT MEDS ON TOP…. pretty please.
