window asking to link provider for electronic referral

I was generating a referral to a provider who practices in 2 different locations- 1 within our health center, and 1 in the community.  I was referring to his clinic in our health center, but when I selected that location, this window (attached) popped up asking me to link to his community practice in order to send an electronic referral.  It didn’t allow me to skip and continue so I had to leave the “Provider” field blank.  Have your practices seen this notice? What effect does linking have, ie would the referral list his community practice rather than the health center one I intended?
