Currently my organization is using the 10e web version however not cloud based just using through the google browser. We have encountered many problems one for example is HCC not sticking, within telephone encounters not being able to view pharmacy numbers/fax numbers, etc.. There have been a number of patches that went through with the promise of fixing the issues but more over they are creating more problems. Is anyone else on the web version and having any issues. Also main concern aside from HCC is MIPS nor HEIDIS measures matching or getting pulled correctly.
