We are having a problem with pharmacies being able to see future effective dates for controlled substances with epcs. Even if we enter 3 different prescriptions for a schedule 2 medication with future effective dates, the pharmacies are telling us that it looks like 3 prescriptions with the same effective date. We are on version 10e of the cloud based platform.
Does anyone have any ideas about how to do this in a way that the pharmacies can see the future effective dates?
