darn-it!! it is incredibly frustrating when every patients progress note crashes

this is the current situation and I am really frustrated, I am trying to run a medical practice. This afternoon every single note crashes. It has happened before but I have learned not to use certain characters that will cause it.
Last week it happened once. support was able to open the note, they never did tell me if I had used a certain character.
Now, this afternoon, it is happening on every note and I cannot practice under these conditions.
I want to scream.
