when we set up letters in eCW, we had our old letterhead with our old address in it. Now that we have changed addresses we cannot use any of the letters (like work excuse, etc) we created because eclinicalworks says they cannot remove the old letterhead. We have been unsuccessful despite opening tickets. Is this correct? Once we put in a letterhead we cannot remove it?
