A generalized question for all of you. Any help will be sincerely appreciated!
We have 7/8 small clinics in a Community Hospital in Jackson, WY.
We have been on eCW for over 3.5 years, and it seems to us, that even after all these time, we are not getting the full use of the tool. We have talked with eCW, got some research done but Product Optimization have not been a success for us.
We are basically looking for some documents that can tell you about eCW Best Practices. We want to try and improve our processes, and provide a complete care package for the patients, but it has been a challenge from the very beginning.
I was wondering any one of you would be kind enough to give some suggestions, and if you can send me an e-mail, I would gladly give you a call. If you can share any documents that you might have found/created with us, that would also be a big big help!
I hope to get a few responses to this request, and will reciprocate in every possible way.
