Since the SP2 upgrade a few weeks ago, the default view when clicking a jellybean is now set to the ‘last viewed’ assigned to. This is a major problem for our providers who like to check on their nurses jellybeans when they have time.
Issue Example: Provider clicks his T jellybean and changes the ‘Assigned to’ field to his nurse. He closes that out and later after seeing more patients he receives a notification in his T jellybean of a new TE that needs review. He clicks the T jellybean but now it opens and shows him the assigned to for his nurse (the new default). He now has to search and find his name in the dropdown list (we have a big list) and select his name to see his assigned. This is not a feature, this is an annoyance.
Has anyone had this issue and if so, is there a setting or Item key that can reverse this back to always show the logged on user’s assigned to regardless of what was last viewed?
