We use the inking functionality for providers to sign documents that are faxed in to us. Since upgrading to V10, providers have been complaining that they sign on the signature line, however, once they save and go back to view, their signature is BELOW the signature line. They also state if there are check boxes, if though they check in the box, their check mark is skewed. This was on V10.0.80 upgraded in May 2014.(latest sp)....we upgraded in February to V10 11172014-80 1B3
eClinicalworksl stated it was a known issue and to sign a bit above the line so when it dropped it was on the line.

Only happening on documents faxed in and saved as .tif. Not happening on eCliniforms.
Anybody else having this issue?
