One of the key “selling” points of using the new version was to be able to allow employees to work from home. The URL that ECW supplied us with is for internal use only. Out IT is telling us we need a VPN to connect with it and ECW is telling us we need an SSL to use it. Is this something that I would need to set up a ticket for?
Has anyone sucessfully been able to launch and use this outside of the office? We have servers on site so we need to be able to access them. We were hoping to do away with the remote login that we use now as there’s a delay. Only other option would be to use the phone/ipad option, but that’s not feasible when we are attempting to do billing remotely.
