Is anyone experiencing trouble generating PDMP reports in eCW?
Our providers are getting the following message.
“Due to an authentication process failure, we are not able to generate the PDMP report. This may involve issues with the header and passwords or with your client certificate for the patient request. We recommend generating the PDMP report from the state PMP website until the problem is solved.”
