I opened a ticket and I already know this is a known bug. But if you build a questionnaire with free text fields - if the patient completes the questionnaire via the appt confirmation link and check in process and they use any words in the free text field with an apostrophe you will get a pop up stating you are using an invalid character. If you send the questionnaire via Healow Connect and do the same thing you don’t get a pop up but it will erase what you typed. I included a screen shot as an attachment so you see what happens.
So my question for ECW users - have you found this an issue with your patients and free text fields not being able to complete the questionnaire. I’m trying to decide if I should move forward with my questionnaires or wait for a fix with no ETA.
Any thoughts from current ECW users - using questionnaires - would be appreciated.
