We activated the No show campaign to reach out to our patients whom no show, however we haven’t found anything within ecw other than manually checking each patients account to see if they have rescheduled as a result. Anyone have any suggestions on a report or or really anything that could assist or at minimum less manual and time efficient for this.
eCW, we opened a ticket already for this and were told there isn’t a report to show if the patient has rescheduled. I hope this is an area that ya’ll plan on developing further for your product.
