Anyone else who has upgraded to V12 and noticed random slowness/freezing on certain screens and random printing system errors?
We have cases opens for all these issues but the slowness is random and we can’t reproduce on demand. They have collected logs on some machines but I’m not positive that will lead to anything. (You’d hope by now ecw has a better process to collect logs/monitor performance issues)
I was wondering if it’s just our practice and our 4 locations facing this or other practices have also gone through the same?
ECW watchers please don’t have my SAM email me about this we already had discussions on our weekly call and I don’t think this is an account management issues. It’s a performance / technical issue.
