Does anyone have bidirectional lab interface with CPL First of all it took about 6 months to get unidirectional set up and that happened only after I took to calling our CPL rep everyday and then contacted support and told them who to talk to at CPL. Currently, I am trying to get bidirectional set-up. We are having some trouble with our lab results not coming through the interface due to lack of information. It seems that CPL transcribes our request onto their own lab req forms and they either do not put the Dr. name in or misspell the name. We were told that if we transmitted claims, this could possibly be resolved. I have contacted support and supposedly they worked on it to get it set up, at least I gave them a connection to my computer, this was about 3 weeks ago and I do not know if this has been resolved. The ticket is still open but I have heard nothing from eCw support on the progress of this matter. Secondly, I have some results that do not show up on reconcillation reports as problems nor do I get the results, so about once a week I am having to audit the labs ordered to see if all have come back and fax a list to CPL to get them transmitted. No one seems to know why these are not transmitting. Any help would be appreciated.
