Hopefully we’re just missing something obvious…. is there a way to do questionnaires in the office? Everything I see searching for using questionnaires is about using them in the portal or kiosk. We’re wanting to be able to do questionnaires in the office during an appointment. Our patient base is not tech-savvy. We’ve created a couple of questionnaires that we want to do in the office with patients but haven’t found a way to include them in the progress note.
