Is anyone else being audited for performance year 2022 Primary Care First PCF eCQM submission? We are currently on V11.52.153.16_79 and CEHRT expired on 12/31/22 (which we knew). PCF auditors are citing Article 3 Section 3.07 stating that our eCW version health IT did not meet the definition of CEHRT for QPP at 42 CFR § 414.1305 and/or did not meet the certification criteria found at 45 CFR § 170.315(c)(1) - (3) at the time of eCQM reporting.
If so, was a CEHRT verification letter from eCW? What else did you provide PCF for supporting documentation?
