Hey all, we just upgraded to v12 on the 7/1. We have staff who are unable to have a # show in the T Jellybean and when hovering on the T, the Accounts, Actions, and Claims show as an “x”.
As a workaround, staff need to load the Actions or Encounters pages to find all of the actual items they (or others) have assigned.
The eCW troubleshoot was to access Menu>File>Settings>MySettings>View tab - uncheck T box, save, then reenter same path but this time recheck it, log out completely and back in. This DID NOT work and I was wondering if others had this happen and what you did to fix it.
