Bombarded with calls from tech support

When I create a case on my.ecw, no matter my listed availability, I am just absolutely bombarded with phone calls, emails, voicemails, and messages. I’m talking at LEAST 2 calls an hour, but more often, they just call over and over until I put my phone on DND.

With each phone call, I get 3-4 emails (my voicemail alerting me, my.eclinicalworks automated update email x2, and usually an email from the technician themselves), so if I’m out of the office for one day, I can have upwards of 16 calls, 16 voicemails, and 64 emails—again, even if I set my availability appropriately and leave a comment on the case that I’m not available a certain day or time!

My SAM is wonderful and hears me out every time I forward my frustrations (pretty much every day at this point). Today I got annoyed and left 14 messages on the case itself, in all caps, with stars saying “**READ ME!** DO NOT CALL.” We’ll see what happens…

I know these techs are just trying to do their jobs and help us out, but for the love of god, read the availability and messages!! Why ask if they are not going to respect them?! Anyone else feeling my pain or do they just really want to talk to me?!
