eCW Dental using Dexis

Hello,
Is there anyone who uses eCW Dental (v11 web version) & Dexis who experienced that Dexis xray from last patient seen always pop up randomly?

So dental staff after they’re taking xray or looking at the pt’s ​xray, they close the xray and working on their stuff in eCW and out of no where randomly the dexis xray will pop up in small window.

Is there a fix to this?
