Has anyone created a ticket recently to have a new provider added to their database? Within the last week, it seems the process has changed. When I try adding a ticket for a new provider license, I automatically have Code Correct and Krames Staywell charges added to the monthly PM Only fee (the setup allows you to preview the fees now) and when I get to the last step of completing the ticket, I get a pop-up stating that there is now a ‘Onetime Upfront License” fee for a new provider license.
