After the V12 upgrade, one of my HPI templates (Medicare Annual Wellness Visit, built by us, not ECW) has all the structured data elements doubled in it. Does anyone know if this is a known issue and if there is a fix other than just starting fresh with a new template? I haven’t seen this anywhere else yet. Very frustrating.
