Has anyone else experienced this? We’ve within the past couple months upgraded to ECW Cloud v12e and since then my users are reporting intermittently being force logged out of the EHR while in the middle of actively using the computer.
We’re aware that it automatically logs out/clears cache after a period of inactivity but this is occuring literally while the user is in the middle of typing in another window or actively moving the mouse cursor.
I’ve checked the plug-in settings for force logout and even turned it on/off but seems to make no difference.
I just wanted to ask if anyone here has experienced this or have any ideas as this would be a very annoying problem to diagnose with ECW’s support consider they always want to see an example and I cannot recreate it on command.
