We’ve been putting off turning on the text messaging functionality for appointment confirmations and reminders. We serve an older population so we’ve been hesitant to make the change.
Right now our patients are only used to receiving appointment reminder calls and appointment confirmation emails.
Are there any details you had wish you had known before enabling text messaging?
Are there any situations that cause you on going problems when using text reminders?
