I haven’t seen any recent posts about use of Prisma, Commonwell and Carequality. Has anyone found these tools especially useful? And/or consistently useful?
When we initially activated it and trained staff, it was so problem-prone that most abandoned using it fairly quickly. eCW has been able to troubleshoot some of the issues but it’s hard to get buy-in from staff because of past experience, document access/navigation and some queries taking too long.
eCW Team, if you’re monitoring this post - I don’t need a call. But you might take a look at the access that Meditech & Corner users have when it comes to CommonWell… in my brief exposure to their systems, users can view logs of incoming/outgoing queries and seem to have better access to linking/unlinking with Commonwell.
