1 - We have configured 2FA for our eCW EXE (Desktop Mode) users.
Our practice is using our company email address and set 2FA to trigger at each login.
2 - We will shortly deploy eCW Web Plug-in Mode to our users.
3 - With the initial deployment of eCW Web Plug-in mode, each of our users will have to configure/
verify their own email account for 2FA since they must use their company email/ secret password.
Question: Is there a way for the I.T. department to verify their email/password for the user
so they don’t have to do this task?
4 - Even though 2FA has been enabled for the user’s account in eCW EXE (Desktop mode), when
logging into eCW for the first time in Web Plug-in mode, 2FA is not engaged.
Question: Is there a way to FORCE 2FA on the user’s account?
If not, then we must rely on the honor system, that each user will immediately configure 2FA in
Web Plug-in mode.
5 - Question: Is there an existing eCW Registry or eBO report that can tell I.T. which Web Plug-in accounts
have enabled 2FA, and which accounts need to be followed up on?
