Eligibility checking

I having issues rechecking eligibility (resubmit). This used to work fine, not sure exactly when it broke, probably in the last couple of weeks? Need this function to update eligibility after fixing an ID number, etc. I use Trizetto.
ECW, do not open a case for me. If I wanted a case, I would do it myself.
