Has anyone else seen issues with the logs being blank unless you select individual facilities? Since our upgrade to V11.52.153.16_79 we have had this. We have a ticket open and eCW support is looking into it but its been 2 weeks and we are getting concerned its going to get ruled out as a bug and we all know what that means.
This is a huge issue for us as we have 26 clinics that could potentially prescribe for a single patient. This is leading to LOTS of internal tickets being opened as staff think its broken completely as they see nothing when “all” facilities are selected. They then have to know which facility to look for in order to change the dropdown to the correct one and in same cases it could be an old facility we no longer use (so we ZZZ them as we do staff and other lists of “inactive” things) and there is no way to know where to look.
We think this is going to be patient safety concern and just hoping someone else has had some luck with getting this addressed that we could point our tech too.
ECW, my SAM is already aware of my concern and ticket, if you need to let her know about this post, please also give her some additional resources to fix the problem that clearly worked prior to the upgrade.
