Is anyone having trouble with P2P and/or finding providers with direct addresses in the lookup? The feature itself is kind of garbage all of the time with the system magically creating duplicates, however, all of a sudden, most of our providers now show up as not being P2P enabled so they are unable to send any referrals electronically. We’ve been trying to get this fixed since June with no resolution. Super frustrating and it is KILLING our MIPS numbers.
