Healow Check In - Issues with ecw verbiage

We activated this a couple weeks ago and it’s been a success. One issue we’re having is patients clicking “Check In” and not visiting the front desk when they arrive. They’ll go straight to the waiting room and we don’t know they are here. We altered the actual message to help avoid this but I’m curious if others encountered this. We can’t change the ‘Check In’ button to say pre-check in or something similar.

We decided against the ‘I have arrived’ button which I believe would lead to more issues.
