Has any other practices experienced, in version v11.52.305.66_20, the inability to reassign/save telephone encounters. We are locally hosted, not cloud, and since our recent patch installed to “fix” some billing issues with the 305 version the telephone encounters will not save or reassign to another user in either EXE or Browser. It is leading to some staff, not all and randomly, to lose the data. It has been escalated multiple times with eCW support and the “Patient Safety” team with no responses back after multiple requests for an update on the case. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue and if they were given a reason/JIRA/fix to address this frustration.
