How do you determine or consider if a patient is active on the portal? Providers are concerned they are sending portal messages to patients who don’t actively use the portal. There are back end reports to see last login but nothing on the front end. To me, ecw sees patients as web enabled or not, nothing in between. I’m only active on the portal when I have a Dr.‘s appt which is rare, but I still consider myself active on the portal.
