Resource Schedule Start

We are slowly transitioning into 11e and when we open the Resource Schedule, the schedule time at the top of the window is 8AM.  We start appointments at 7AM and always need to scroll up.  Then, if we change the calendar to another date, it always reverts back to 8AM at the top.  Is there any way to change the resource schedule to show a different time than 8AM at the top of the resource schedule?
