Hi all,
I have a provider who set the wrong “end by” date for a recurring daily appointment. When I go in to change the end date, the “Update” button is greyed out (on both V11 Desktop and V11e/web). I chatted with eCW support who told me you cannot update a recurring appointment, and that “You can manually delete the appointment form resource schedule window.”
I cannot believe I would have to go through and manually delete almost 200 appointments. Am I missing something? Thanks!
