Does anyone on the browser have any suggestions for working the resource schedule when they have more than 10 providers in a day?
On the desktop version when we have more than 10 providers/resource schedules our front office staff just open up 2 desktop versions 1 for the the medical providers schedules and the other for the dental provider schedules.
We are trying to get them to move to the web, but as soon as they log into a 2nd instance of eCW, their original eCW logged them out.
Just looking for workflow suggestions on how to use the system as effective as possible as we try to transition away from the desktop.
