For a couple months now we have been having lab results come in from our lab company with some results listed 2-3 times on the same report. For 2 months, eCW has told us “they are looking into it and will get back to us” but has yet to provide any substantial evidence they have identified the root issue and can resolve it. Has anyone else ever experienced something like this with their own interfaced results? It is only happening with 1 interface tied to our Orchard lab so I feel it has something to do with configurations specific to Orchard or eCW’s specific setup for that interface.
